The Fitness Sales Specialist (FSS) is a sales leader responsible for the working leads and closing deals. The FSS will use various means of communication (calling, texting, messaging, etc..) to nurture leads, set & confirm appointments and sell a solution or promotion. This FSS must be a high energy person who is highly motivated and consistent every day.
- DRIVEN. You should have high energy, be a self starter and outwork any sales person in the market.
- OUTGOING. You should be able to pick up the phone and feel comfortable asking questions to understand the prospect’s needs and to provide recommendations for health and wellness.
- CARE. You should be able to sell and close on services that you genuinely believe in. Ensuring that D1 can meet the members goals with a best-in-class experience.
- ORGANIZATION. You need to have the ability to nurture prospects to show and close as well as maintain a clean and tidy front end sales environment

- To be the first contact for leads through various communication methods; collect and enter their information into Mindbody; make and confirm appointments and nurture leads through closing.
- To maintain a clean, organized, front end sales environment
- To oversee and assist with front desk check ins and product sales
- To close out each day with a daily scorecard and product inventory
- To foster a positive and motivating environment for all members
- To be be poised when meeting & interacting with professional athletes…this HSSC must provide the same world class experience to EVERY SINGLE PERSON who walks in the door
- Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact
- Nurturing leads through the sales process
- Knowing the members and their goals. Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals.
- Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly
- Maximize client retention through best-in-class customer experience
- Coordinating sales training on a weekly basis with the staff
- Must be a high energy, outgoing, self starter
- Must have 1+ years in sales (fitness preferred)
- Must have 1+ years in customer service setting (fitness preferred)
- Has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred)
- Continuing education through company-sanctioned events
